Samsung’s Multi Control Feature
With this new feature, Samsung is taking its users’ multi-tasking experience one step ahead, allowing them to easily connect and use their tablet and smartphone devices much more effectively. All its users would need is a Bluetooth mouse and a keyboard, with which they’ll be able to navigate and manage the two devices, simultaneously. They’ll be able to open apps, type in messages, send emails, and even prepare documents in the same way when they are using a PC, and can also drag and drop files like videos, photos, and others, from one device to the other.
Here’s how to set it up
In order to set up the new feature, the first thing users would have to do is to enable Multi Control on both devices. On the Galaxy tablet, then go to the device’s “Settings”, tap on “Connected devices”, and select “Multi control”. Click on “Connect phone” and pick out your smartphone device from the nearby devices list. Once done, your Galaxy tablet and smartphone will be connected with each other.
Users may also change the position of the smartphone as required by pressing on “Phone location”, and then selecting the position from the drop-down menu which appears.
Completing these necessary steps, with just the help of a Bluetooth mouse and a keyboard, users will be able to perform a variety of functions, as mentioned above.
