Sony India Releases A New Update For Headphones Connect App; Support-Bot Feature Arrives For iOS
Sony’s Headphones Connect App lets users enhance their listening experience by letting them adjust bass levels, and explore through preset sound options while they can also customize settings as per their preference . Well to make this app feel more fun, smarter, and personal, Sony India has released an all-new update for the Headphones Connect App.
Headphones Connect App: New Update
Headphones Connect version 10.4.1 version is compatible with Inzone Buds. This update brings a new feature called “Support-Bot” for iOS users only. This is basically a robot that answers frequently asked questions about headphones.
As visible in the above image, users can head to the Menu app and then click on Support Bot to ask their query. For example here the user has asked, ‘The sound cuts out’ to which the Bot has replied, ‘Try Changing Bluetooth Connection Quality to Prioritize a Stable Connection.’ In case the user asks to change the setting the Chatbot directly changes the device setting (only limited settings).
If still the problem is not solved, Chatbot will offer the users with next solution or if the problem remains the same, users will get to see the Contact us link/ live chat response options also. If a user;s problem is among the frequently asked questions then you will also be finding the links for the answers to FAQs.
This feature is similar to ChatGPT or chatbots of other brands that help in answering the queries of users instantly. Seems like Sony is also following the same path to enhance the user experience.
