Google has announced some of the really useful cool features for the Chrome web browser. This update will soon be reaching the users and believe me you will find yourself using these features as soon as it arrives. Here it’s important to mention that these are AI features that will improve your search experience.
Google Lens In Chrome
While surfing the internet now with the Google lens in your desktop browser you will not only be able to easily select and search about an image but also ask questions about anything that you see on the web. This feature will soon be reaching the users through an update.
Users will just be required to select the Google Lens icon in the address bar and then click or drag over anything they want to search. You can also ask follow-up questions about any image to refine the response and get a better overview response.
Compare Products Across Different Tabs
Switching between different tabs to compare the same product from different companies is something you must have done. This is a cumbersome issue that Google has solved.
Google has solved this with the ‘Tab Compare’ feature that will start rolling out from the US in the next few weeks. Now this feature will present an AI-generated overview of the products from across multiple tabs and that all in one place.
Browsing History Becomes Easy
What if your history of Chrome speaks to you?
I am saying this because Google will soon roll out this feature that will allow you to search the sites that you visited in a more natural, conversational way with the help of AI.
It’s like asking Chrome “Which ice cream shop that I search for last week?”. This is an optional feature which means you can turn this off at your convenience. Also, remember that this feature does not include the browsing data from incognito mode(phew!)
