Xiaomi Service+ App, A One-Stop Service Assistance for All Your Needs

Xiaomi’s upgraded and enhanced Xiaomi Service+ App is the one-stop solution for all your service needs and queries.

Xiaomi Service+ App

The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Xiaomi introduced the Xiaomi Service+ App to its Indian users last year and was introduced to assist its users with all their service needs and queries and to provide them with the proper after-sale service.

With the app, Xiaomi users will be able to book service appointments, check for spare parts and their prices, or can even access the 24×7 chatbot to resolve their queries.

Xiaomi users can install the app from the Google Play Store or from Xiaomi’s own Get Apps and then can sign in to the app using their Mi account credentials. After signing in, on heading to “My Devices”, users can add their devices by scanning or by manually entering the devices’ IMEI or serial numbers. On “My Requests”, users will also be able to access their support tickets for repair or installation, which will be displayed under the “Completed” or “Active” sections.

With the app, by granting location permissions or by entering the postal code, users will also be able to locate the nearest Xiaomi service centers as well. Now about the availability and prices of the spare parts, the app offers spare parts in four categories, which include mobile phones, laptops, TVs, and Xiaomi’s ecosystem products like Mi Robot Vacuum and Mi Water Purifier.

Now Xiaomi has updated its Xiaomi Service+ App to version 1.0.36, with certain improvements and bug fixes. The newly updated app has a total size of 18.05 MB and can be downloaded from Play Store on devices running on Android version 5.0 and above.
