As per the news, it claims that the customers of Airtel are allegedly experiencing issues in several parts of the country. Users of telecom service providers turned to Twitter to express their dissatisfaction with the network’s performance.

Zero-network was reported by several users. Others were perplexed as to why they were unable to contact anyone. According to the firm, the services were only down for 15 minutes and have since been restored. The outage, however, did not affect all customers. The outage reports, according to the outage-tracking website DownDetector, came from locations such as Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Guwahati, among others. According to statistics, the problems with Airtel services began at about 4:27 p.m. on June 8. Up to 4,400 people said they couldn’t get a signal, couldn’t use their phones, and had issues with their landlines.

Airtel broadband services were restored after a severe countrywide outage that left millions of users without internet for more than two hours on both mobile and desktop. The outage, which impacted millions of customers across the country, began at about 10.30 p.m. on Friday and was resolved before 1 a.m. on Saturday, according to website outage tracking platform DownDetector.com. According to Down Detector, 33% of Airtel broadband users had no signal, 30% had difficulty with mobile internet, and 37% had a total blackout.
