Anonymous trolled Moscow court over fining Google for 7 million rubles, which merely costed 2 $ cent.

A Moscow court fined Google 7 million rubles for publishing Azov and Right Sector materials on the video hosting site YouTube.

The court ruled that Google was guilty under Art.

13.41 of the Russian Administrative Offenses Code (“failure to delete information with calls for extremist activity by the site owner”) and fine him 7 million rubles,” Judge Timur Vakhrameev said.

He clarified that the fine was imposed due to the publication on YouTube of Right Sector videos* calling for terrorist attacks and sabotage in Russia, as well as the posting of materials from the Azov nationalist battalion’s official channel.

Previously, a Moscow court fined Google 4 million rubles for distributing untrustworthy data on Russian Armed Forces losses during a special operation in Ukraine and civilian casualties on YouTube.
