As March 2025 has come to a conclusion, AnTuTu has released the past month’s Android flagship, sub-flagship, and tablet performance rankings. In the three categories, Vivo, Redmi, and Red Magic devices have respectively topped the charts.

AnTuTu March 2025 – Android Flagship Performance Rankings
In the Android flagship AnTuTu performance rankings of March 2025, the October 2024-released Vivo X200 Pro Satellite Communication Edition (Dimensity 9400, 16GB/1TB) has attained the first position with a benchmark score of 2902298 points. Following the Vivo flagship, from the brand’s subsidiary company – iQOO, the iQOO 13 (Snapdragon 8 Elite, 16GB/1TB) and iQOO Neo 10 Pro (Dimensity 9400, 16GB/1TB) models have acquired the second and third places respectively with AnTuTu scores of 2885754 points and 2817285 points.
The OnePlus 13 (2789969 points), OnePlus Ace 5 Pro (2789528 points), Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition (2712889 points), Realme GT 7 Pro (2681174 points), OPPO Find X8 Pro (2641716 points), Redmi K80 Pro (2629715 points), and the OPPO Find X8 (2628855 points) flagships are placed in the subsequent ranks.
AnTuTu March 2025 – Android Sub-Flagship Performance Rankings
In the Android sub-flagship category, the Redmi Turbo 4 (Dimensity 8400 Ultra, 12GB/512GB) is positioned as first with an AnTuTu benchmark score of 1716923 points. The OnePlus Ace 3V (Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, 12GB/512GB) and OPPO Reno 13 Pro (Dimensity 8350, 16GB/512GB) are ranked second and third with AnTuTu scores of 1452756 points and 1373372 points respectively.
The list then has the Redmi K70E (1341721 points), OPPO Reno 13 (1337897 points), Redmi Note 12 Turbo (1140436 points), OPPO Reno 12 (1038788 points), iQOO Z8 (972370 points), iQOO Neo 7 SE (964019 points), and the Redmi Note 12T Pro (878205 points) smartphones in the subsequent ranks.
AnTuTu March 2025 – Android Tablet Performance Rankings
Finally coming to the AnTuTu March 2025 Android tablet performance rankings, the Red Magic Gaming Pad Pro (Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Over-Clocked Version, 12GB/512GB) has again retained the first place with a benchmark score of 2177341 points. It is followed by the OnePlus Pad Pro (Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 16GB/512GB) in the second place with 2051263 benchmark points and the Lenovo Legion Y700 2025 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 16GB/512GB) in the third place with 2012735 points.
In the subsequent ranks, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 WiFi Version (1591006 points), Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 (1566985 points), Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro (1525652 points), Honor Pad GT Pro (1422965 points), OnePlus Pad (1392289 points), Xiaomi Pad 7 (1391741 points), and Lenovo Legion Y700 2023 tablets can be found.
