AnTuTu officially releases February 2025 rankings of Android smartphones, Android Tablets and iOS devices
AnTuTu has today officially shared the February 2025 rankings of Android flagship smartphones, Android sub-flagship smartphones, Android tablets, and iOS devices.

AnTuTu Android flagship performance rankings for February 2025
OnePlus Ace 5 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC (16GB/1TB) is at the top spot with 2890600 points, Vivo X200 Pro Satellite Communication version (16GB/1TB) with Dimensity 9400 SoC is at the second position with 2884682 points, Red Magic 10 Pro+ (24GB/1TB) with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC is at the third spot with 2879356 points while iQOO 13 and iQOO Neo 10 Pro are at fourth and fifth spot with 2868237 and 2840168 points respectively.
OnePlus 13, Realme GT 7 Pro, Oppo Find X8 Pro, Redmi K80 Pro, and Oppo Find X8 smartphones are the other devices on the list.
AnTuTu Android sub-flagship performance rankings for February 2025
Redmi Turbo 4 (16/512GB) with Dimensity 8400 SoC holds the first position with 1728439 points, OnePlus Ace 3V (12/512GB) with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC is at the second spot with 1460108 points and Oppo Reno 13 Pro with Dimensity 8300 Ultra is at the third position with 1379627 points. At the fourth and fifth spot are Redmi K70E and Oppo Reno 13 devices with 1348293 and 1347505 points respectively.
The list is followed by Redmi Note 12 Turbo, Oppo Reno 12, iQOO Z8, iQOO Neo 7 SE, and Redmi Note 12T Pro smartphones.
AnTuTu Android Pad Performance Rankings for February 2025
Red Magic Gaming Tablet Pro (12/256GB) with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC is at the top spot with 2182046 points, Oppo Pad 3 Pro (16/512GB) with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC is at the second spot with 2127322 points while OnePlus Tablet Pro (16/512GB) with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC is at the third spot with 2085451 points.
The latter positions are held by iQOO Pad 2 Pro, Vivo Pad 3 Pro, Savior Tablet Y700 2025, Xiaomi Tablet 6s Pro 12.4 inch, Vivo Pad 3, iQOO Pad 2, and Xiaomi Tablet 7 Pro devices.
AnTuTu iOS device performance rankings for February 2025
At the top spot is 11-inch iPad Pro 2024 (8/256GB) with an Apple M4 chip that had the highest average running score of 2551695. Next is 13- inch iPad Pro 2024 (8/256GB) with an Apple M4 chip that has a running score of 2521138. Then 12.9 inch iPad Pro 6 (8/128GB) with Apple M2 chip is at the third spot with a 2141104 score. At fourth and fifth spots are 13-inch iPad Air 2024 (8/128GB) and 11-inch iPad Pro 4 (8/128GB) with 2005517 and 1976491 points respectively.
11-inch iPad Air 2024, 12.9-inch iPad Pro 5, 11-inch iPad Pro 3, iPad Air 5, and iPhone 16 Pro are other subsequent devices on the list.
