Google Officially Launches Google One Lite Subscription In India

Google Accounts have 15 GB of included storage but sometimes even this storage is less for the users. Hence, Google introduced its Google One Yearly and Monthly plans so that users can get access to more storage. These plans start from ₹130 per month and provide 100GB of storage.

Well if you do not want to spend Rs.130 for extra storage, Google has now introduced a cheaper plan for Indian users who need more storage than 15 GB but want to pay less. Google is selectively rolling out its Google One Lite Plan to users in India.

This plan offers 30 GB storage for Photos, Drive, and Gmail to users in India at Rs.59 per month. It is revealed that this storage cannot be shared with other users, like how other plans allow users to share storage with up to 5 members. This plan only offers cloud storage and no additional benefits though just like other plans, this plan was available for a free one-month trial.

It seems like Google is currently testing this plan and very soon Google One Lite Plan will be visible to all the users in India via Google App. Stay tuned for all the latest updates.
