QuickBooks to shutdown its operations in India

Intuit’s QuickBook recently announced that it will no longer offer its products and services in India from 31st January 2023.

QuickBook is an accounting software, developed and marketed by Intuit in 1983. Intuit was initially founded in 1983 by Scott Cook and Tom Proulx in the USA. It provided some financial management and when it succeeded, the company developed similar services for small and middle class business owners.

Simultaneously, QuickBooks is a product which offers on – premises accounting software and cloud based version to people, that accepts payments, manage and pay bills, and payroll functions.

Moreover, this accounting software can be operated on Microsoft Windows and MacOS (Only in the USA).

There are different codes for downloading this software in Windows and Mac versions. Accordingly, the software was launched in 2012 in India.

Currently, the accounting software QuickBooks shared a notice that the software will not be available in India from 31st January 2023.
