Škoda ConnectED app to stop working from 31st March 2025 – time to switch to MyŠKODA Plus

If you’re still using the Škoda ConnectED app, it’s time to make the switch. According to a message shared via Škoda India’s official WhatsApp channel, the ConnectED app will stop working on 31st March 2025, with all connectivity features now live on the new MyŠKODA Plus app.
It’s worth noting that this update has been communicated by Škoda India, so it’s currently unclear whether the shutdown applies only to the Indian market or globally as well.
Some users trying to access the old MyŠKODA Connect app have already run into issues — like errors saying it couldn’t fetch car details and asking you to retry. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. It’s a good reason to move over to the new app sooner rather than later.
Once you log in to MyŠKODA Plus, scroll down and tap on the Škoda Connect option. You’ll then be able to see all your important vehicle details — like where your car is parked, your recent trips, fuel level, and more.
The app also comes with a bunch of handy new features. You can check if there are any new accessories available for your car, find nearby workshops, and access a range of other useful services.
To keep everything running smoothly, Škoda recommends switching to MyŠKODA Plus well before the 31st March deadline. It’s available now and ready to use.
