All private coaching institutes that train for government exams are ordered to be closed

According to an order passed by the DM of Mahendragarh, All private coaching institutes that train for government exams are ordered to be closed.

The order states GOVERNMENT OF HARYANA OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE, MAHENDRAGARH ORDERS UNDER SECTION 144 Cr.P.C. Narnaul, Dated the 19th June, 2022 Whereas, it has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that in district Mahendragarh, Private Institutions/Academies/Coaching centres are being run to get prepare the youth for the examinations/training of various Government jobs with a result to which, a large number of students/applicants/candidates come to the said institutes on daily basis. 2. And whereas, there is apprehension that the youth enrolled in these institutions may involve in the protest against Agnipath scheme and can cause breach of peace and disturbance of public tranquility besides posing grave danger to human life as well as safety and damage to public property. 3. And whereas, it is essential to prevent all such activities with the directions to all the coordinators of aforesaid Private Institutions/Academies/Coaching centres of the district to remain their institutions closed till further orders to avert any mishap. 4. In view of the above, I, Dr. Jai Krishan Abhir, IAS, District Magistrate, Mahendragarh in exercise of the powers conferred by section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, do hereby order that all Private Institutions/Academies/Coaching Centres running for preparation of various examinations/training for Government jobs will remain closed in district Mahendragarh. 5. The Superintendent of Police, Mahendragarh; all the Sub Divisional Magistrates of Mahendragarh district; all the BD&POs; Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Narnaul and all the Secretaries of MCs of Mahendragarh district will get these orders implemented in letter and spirit. 6. These orders shall be promulgated by uploading it on the District Website (www.mahendragarh.gov.in), through Whatsapp groups, and other social/digital media. Whenever the same is not possible through these methods, it shall be promulgated by beating of drums and by announcement through the publicity Van of the Public Relations Department. 7. Any violation of these orders shall be dealt with strictly as per Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The order will remain in force till further orders.
