ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro smartphone’s renders leaked ahead of its official launch
Asus is all set to launch its much-awaited gaming smartphone series ROG Phone 8 on January 16th in China and 8th Jan globally. As of now, the series has bagged various certifications like Thailand’s NBTC, and Geekbench.
And the company has also dropped the back panel design of the ROG Phone 8. Ahead of its official launch in the market ROG Phone 8 Pro smartphone’s high-resolution pictures have been leaked by MySmartPrice in an exclusive report.

As per the images of ROG Phone 8 Pro, it can come with a punch hole cutout flat display with minimum bezels. It is shown to have round corners and a square design.
The rear side of the handset’s images shows the Pentagon camera bump with a triple camera setup and LED flash. There is also an ASUS logo made from special colourful dots. It should be programmable as we get to see in ASUS expensive devices.
As per the renders, the power and volume rockers are on the right side, one USB Type C port is on the left side, and another at the bottom side. The bottom side of the smartphone is shown to have a SIM tray, a headphone jack, and a speaker grille.
Expected specs
The ROG Phone 8 Pro smartphone is expected to feature a 6.78-inch wide FHD+ AMOLED touchscreen with a 165Hz refresh rate and HDR10 support.
It can be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM. It can be backed by a 5500 mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.
