Dmitry Rogozin about Russian troops not shooting in hospitals and schools!
Dmitry Olegovich Rogozin is a Russian politician who is the Director-General of Roscosmos since 2018. Previously he was Deputy Prime Minister of Russi in charge of the defence industry from 2011 to 2018. Prior to that, he was Russia’s ambassador to NATO from 2008 to 2011.
Recently he has tweeted on his Twitter account about the ongoing Russia Ukraine crisis, “The Russian military has reason to believe that the population of Ukraine is made up of our divided families. We will never shoot in hospitals if there are sick people, in schools if there are children. The Nazis use these rooms specifically as fire points.”
