Customer’s plea for refund or replacement of an expensive purchase gets rejected by Flipkart
A customer had purchased an HP Core i3 11th Gen Laptop from Flipkart which came at a price of Rs. 31,875. However, the product received by the Customer was a broken laptop which is why he applied for a Replacement of the product. But the request got rejected by Flipkart. The customer even tried to request a refund which was refused as well.
Finally, a few days later after multiple tries the Customer’s request for a replacement was accepted. However, this didn’t end there. When the delivery agent came for the replacement, he refused to replace the product and demanded the customer go to the office.
After this, the customer has tried multiple times to get a replacement or a refund but in vain. Even if the refund was accepted initially, the Wishmaster rejected it leaving the Customer helpless. The customer is still trying to get back the money he spent, which is not a small amount.
The entire issue has been posted on Twitter with evidence in the form of pictures and videos. A response on the issue from Flipkart is still on hold.
