Xiaomi India confirms delivery of pending photography kits for Xiaomi 15 Ultra pre-orders

Last month, Xiaomi officially unveiled its all-new Xiaomi 15 series in the Indian market. The series included Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra models. Yesterday, the official sale for both these models started in India. As part of the pre-booking benefit, consumers who pre-book the Xiaomi 15 Ultra were promised a free photography kit, the Legend edition, worth Rs 11,999. But due to some unknown reasons, those who did the pre-booking didn’t receive the photography kit

Addressing this issue, Xiaomi India has now clarified via the X platform. The company stated that they are aware of the issues faced by consumers and are working on them along with Amazon to ensure that every concern gets resolved within the next couple of days.

Amazon will soon deliver photography kits to those who pre-booked the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. Consumers are also encouraged to contact Xiaomi via DM for any further queries with Xiaomi 15 series orders.  Xiaomi 15 Ultra 16/512GB variant is priced at Rs 1,09,999 in India.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Features

The smartphone features a 6.73-inch AMOLED Quad curved display that offers WQHD+ screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, up to 300Hz touch sampling rate, 3200 nits peak brightness, 1920Hz PWM dimming, and wet touch technology. The display is TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light, TUV Rheinland Flicker Free, and TUV Rheinland Circadian Friendly certified and is protected by Xiaomi Shield glass 2.0. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and Qualcomm AI Engine. It offers 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. It runs on XiaomiHyperOS 2.

The device packs up a 50MP LYT-900 main camera, a 200MP Leica ultra telephoto camera, a 50MP Leica floating telephoto camera, and a 50MP Leica ultra-wide camera, while on the front it features a 32MP in-display selfie camera. It is backed by a 5410mAh Xiaomi Surge battery and supports 90W HyperCharge and 80W wireless HyperCharge. Other features include- dual SIM (nano SIM+nano SIM or nano SIM+eSIM), WiFi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, 4-mic array, IP68 rating, NFC support, ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, AI face unlock, Xiaomi 3D dual channel IceLoop system, Leica Summilix optical lens, flicker sensor, X-axis linear vibration motor.

As mentioned above, the photography kit is priced at Rs 11,999 in India. Consumers will get a Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography grip (with hand strap), 67mm filter adapter ring, decorative ring, protective case, detachable shutter button x2, and rubber ring x2.
