Elon musk has a valid question for the Twitter board over spam bot accounts

San Francisco, Elon Musk responded with a series of cryptic tweets following a claim made by a Twitter insider that the microblogging service misled him about bots.

Musk posted a photo of a whistle along with the statement, “in case anyone feels like buying a good whistle…,” on the microblogging website.

He added, “So spam prevalence was shared with the board, but the board chose not to disclose that to the publica”.

Some Twitter users also voiced their opinions on the Musk-Twitter controversy on the social media site. You could have done literally anything else with that money that would have been more useful, a user wrote. “You tried to spend $44 billion on apps.”

“So Elon Musk launched a bid to purchase Twitter without knowing what he was doing? I appreciate you making yourself publicly visible on Twitter “another user said.

Twitter went to court to make Elon Musk pay $44 billion dollars for the deal that he wanted earlier but backed out of it because of spam-bot accounts. Elon Musk has shared several proofs stating that many of the bots running on Twitter are crypto scam bots. He even shared one account to have the same name and that too even verified with a tick.

According to a post shared by Elon Musk, the Twitter board knew that the spam bot accounts are far more than they had submitted in a report with the SEC. Now it’s Elon Musk’s turn and we will all see how this deal will turn out in the end after the court’s intervention.
