Facebook Down Update: Facebook stated the reason behind it was down

According to Facebook, the global outage was triggered by network configuration modifications.
Facebook said on Monday that a “faulty configuration update” to its routers caused a global outage that brought its services and internal messaging tools offline for many hours. After an hour-long global outage that also affected Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus, the company stated applications are now back up.

A lot of users started complaining that they can’t access all facebook owned platforms including WhatsApp and Instagram. People started looking on other platforms to search for why it was happening. However, there was no such information that was available.

Also, conspiracy theories were at an all-time high. Most of them were because of a whistleblower Facebook is trying to hide some facts. Also another theory popped in that stated that Facebook might be hacked and because of that Facebook may have turned off their server to protect user data.

But now finally Facebook is back online and users are back on their social media platform.
