Vanar Robotics- a research lab in India that is focused on building humanoid robotics. Wondering what the humanoid robot is? Well, humanoid robots basically is a robot that looks like humans, feel like humans, and function like humans to ease out everyday and complex tasks in less time.
The company has officially revealed the prototype of its first generation humanoid robot- Vanar Generation 1.

It is defined as a biomechanical humanoid intelligence for the enterprise and home. As mentioned by the company on its website, this robot is designed for real-world, tasks, combining function, efficiency, and adaptability while this is said to be the company’s first step towards indistinguishability. In one of the X posts, the company also mentioned that we want Vanars to be able to safely carry humans out in case of disasters/ apocalypse.

This robot is still under development therefore not much has been revealed officially apart from its looks but in the future the company is expected to shed some more light on the features and availability details of the Vanar Generation 1 robot. It was earlier revealed that the company aims to make this upcoming robot as affordable as a motorcycle which suggests that the robot won’t be too expensive.
