Intel Launches the Intel Xeon W9-3495X Processor, the Fastest Desktop Workstation Processor from Intel: Here’s More About it
Intel has now launched the Intel Xeon W9-3495X processor, which is also now the fastest desktop workstation processor Intel has ever created. The processor is specially designed for media and entertainment, engineering and data science professionals.

Intel Xeon W9-3495X Processor
The latest Intel Xeon W9-3495X processor from Intel is now the most powerful and the fastest desktop workstation chipset from Intel. The processor is code-named – “Sapphire Rapids” and supports DDR5 RDIMM memory, PCIe Gen 5.0 and Wi-Fi 6E, allowing its users to work with the latest technologies to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
The Intel Xeon W9-3495X processor also has 56 cores in a single socket and has a redesigned memory controller and a larger L3 cache of 105 megabytes, which will be capable of delivering a single-thread performance of 28% and a multi-thread performance of 120% more than its previous generation.
With the Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0, the processor will also be able to achieve a maximum operational speed of 4.8 GHz. The eight channel of DDR5 RDIMM memory will also support upto 4 terabytes of memory capacity along with increased memory bandwidth. The ECC memory and the RAS technology support provided with the processor will also be able to increase and improve the integrity of the critical data on the system.
The latest Intel Xeon W9-3495X processor is also equipped the 3rd generation Intel Deep Learning Boost which will be able to deliver a more efficient deep learning acceleration for its artificial intelligence training and inferencing.
The Intel Xeon W9-3495X processor also has the Intel vPro enterprise technology for more hardware enhanced security features and firmware version control. Remote manageability will also enable much more seamless system deployment on to its enterprise environment.
The pre-order of the Intel Xeon W9-3495X processor which is priced at $5,889 will start from the 15th of February and the system availability will from the month of March, 2023.
