It looks like Elon Musk is going rampage on Twitter. He has got bored of developing slick autonomous cars and rockets that would carry humans to the far ends of the cosmos as he tries his hand in a different sphere – financial markets.
Starting in June 2020, Elon Musk announced that he is taking a break from Twitter which created a buzz on social media. However, his break was short-lived at the time, lasting just two days.
Soon, his tweet made an internet buzz—some claim he’s “off to Mars,” whilst others joked that Twitter’s stock will collapse after his declaration. Many fans have begged him not to quit, as they joked that they wanted investing advice.
And he is continuously posting and creating a buzz on Twitter. He is making posts on SpaceX, electric cars, and many more.
Musk has used its presence on the site to announce the stocks of many firms that are soaring, sending the financial markets in a panic. In support of a group of institutional investors on the Reddit forum, which arranged the buying of shares in Gamestop, a troubled gaming business, which tweeted driving the chain’s share price up by more than 680 per cent.
