Homegrown two-wheeler electric manufacturer company Ather launched three new electric scooters in India. This new lineup consists of a brand new model Ather 450S and two revised versions of the Ather 450X. These electric scooter prices range from Rs 1.30 lakh to Rs 1.68 lakh. The Ather 450S which comes with a 115 Km range starts at a price of Rs 129,999.

Ather 450S
The Ather 450S is powered by a 2.9 kWh battery that offers 115 Km of certified range and 90 Km of true range. Its battery takes 8 hr 36 min to charge it from 0 to 100%. The scooter comes with a DeepView display of 7″, new switchgear, FallSafe, Emergency Stop Signal(EES), and coasting regen. Buyers can choose the option of a Pro pack that will unlock features like Ride Assist, Ather battery protection, AtherStack updates, and Ather Connect.
Ather 450X
It comes with all the enhancements that 450S incorporates in itself. It comes in two range options 111 km and 150 km. Users can also opt for the Pro pack.
Features
The Ather 450X 111 km variant is powered by a 2.9 kWh battery while its 150 km variant is powered by 3.7 kWh. It is equipped with a 7″ TFT touchscreen that you can use to navigate via Google Maps on it. Its 111km variant is priced at Rs 1,37,999 whereas the 150 km variant is priced at Rs 1,44,921.
It is also equipped with FallSafe technology that takes preventive measures as soon as the scooter leans over 60 degrees. It also comes with an ‘Emergency Stop Signal’ which makes sure to alert riders behind during panic braking conditions.
When will delivery be made?
If we talk about the deliveries, Ather 450X(2.9kWh) delivery can start by the third week of August. The Ather 450 S deliveries are expected to commence from the last week of this month.
