Tata Nexon facelift spotted, might have a new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine
Tata has been working on its facelift model of the Tata Nexon. The Tata Nexon SUV bagged notable sales in the market last year. Lately, the company is working on its facelift model of the Tata Nexon. In recent developments, the facelift model was spotted and captured by various sources.
Although the brand hasn’t announced when the Tata Nexon facelift version will be launched, rumored reports have made mention of the facelift getting launched by August or September 2023.
The captured images had a camouflaged car in the frame, which replicated the Nexon facelift in terms of its design. It seems to have sharp bonnet edges with an upright grille. The car will probably be more buffed up in comparison to the present model. The rear features a tri-arrow tail light design, with a small rear windshield.
Reports have stated that Nexon’s facelift model would receive significant changes. A new dashboard layout with a floating infotainment system is in the manufacturer’s bag. Some other features that reports have asserted the car features are a two-spoke steering wheel, 360-degree camera, paddle shifters, sunroof, and ventilated front seats among many others.
In terms of technical specifications, the Nexon may feature a new 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine paired with a DCA gearbox. The presence of a 1.2-liter petrol and 1.5-liter diesel on the facelifted model has also been spotted by sources.
There hasn’t been any official statement regarding the price so far. However, the marketing is expecting a price hike for the same.
