In August, Fitbit Sense was unveiled and came with ECG features. They recently got an upgrade to Fitbit OS 5.1.

Reportedly, Fitbit Sense smartwatch users with ECG connectivity problems will get replacements from the manufacturer. According to the company, the problem appears to be hardware-related and only affects a limited number of users that it said it has approached. “A user shared an email received from the company on the Fitbit forum stating a “hardware fault with your computer that may impair its ability to run correctly.

Although the email does not clarify the problem, it was reportedly verified by Fitbit that it was linked to the ECG feature.
