The device also supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth connectivity of version 5.3. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, the first time for a Fire tablet. Other notable features include Alexa integration for voice commands and Show Mode to control smart home devices.

Coming to its battery backup, Amazon hasn’t revealed its exact battery capacity but has stated that the device will offer a total battery life of upto 14 hours. A 9W USB 2.0 charging adapter is also provided with the tablet, with which users will be able to charge up the device in 4.2 hours.
