iMac 2023 with M3 chip launched officially in India: Check out the specifications and pricing

Apple has today held its Scary Fast event and in this particular event, the company has introduced the 24-inch iMac with the newly announced M3 chip. This upgraded iMac M3 model arrives with an 8-core CPU and up to 10-core GPU while it is claimed to offer up to two times better performance than the prior generation with the M1 chip. 24-inch iMac with M3 chip: Pricing & Availability

iMac with 8-core GPU is priced at Rs.1,34,900. It is available in four color variants- Blue, Green, Pink, and Silver. It features an 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 256GB storage, 8GB unified memory, two Thunderbolt ports/ USB 4 ports, and a Magic Keyboard.

iMac with 10-core GPU arrives at Rs.1,54,900. It is available in seven color variants- Green, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Purple, Blue and Silver. It features an 8-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 256GB storage, 8GB unified memory, two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports, two USB 3 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, and a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID.

iMac with 10-core GPU and 512GB SSD arrives at Rs.1,74,900. It arrives in the same color variants as that of the iMac with a 10-core GPU and 256GB SSD. It features an 8-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 512GB SSD, 8GB unified memory, two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports, two USB 3 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, and a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID.

These new iMac with M3 chips are available for pre-orders on the Apple website and will be made available for sale from November 7 onwards via the website, Apple store, and authorized Apple resellers.

24-inch iMac with M3 chip: Specifications

iMac features a 24-inch 4.5K Retina display with 11.3 million pixels, a P3 wide color gamut, and 500 nits of brightness. It now comes with WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, up to 4 USB-C ports, two Thunderbolt ports, and Gigabit Ethernet support (in selected models). It features a 1080p face time camera and a speaker setup that supports Spatial audio and Dolby Atmos. It runs the new MacOS Sonoma. It is powered by the latest M3 chip that is claimed to be twice as fast as the M1 chip.
