Alleged Redmi 13 5G Aka POCO M7 Pro 5G Spotted On BIS Certification Website; Key Specs Leaked Online
Recently Redmi 13 4G smartphone was spotted on various certification websites hinting at its imminent launch while it was said that in a few markets, the device might be sold as POCO M6. The launch timeline is still not known of this upcoming device and it was expected that in the coming days, the brand might reveal the launch date soon.
Well, today a new Redmi device with model number 2406ERN9CI and a POCO device with model number 24066PC95I are on the BIS certification website.
The certification website does not reveal the moniker of these upcoming devices but it does confirm that the smartphones will be soon launched in India. As far as the moniker of the devices is concerned, in a recent report @AndroidHeadlines revealed that the model number 2406ERN9CI belongs to the Redmi 13 5G Indian variant.
As per the report, Redmi 13 5G will also be arriving with model number 2406ERN9CC which is for the Chinese variant. Not only this it is also revealed that the 24066PC951 model number which is also spotted on BIS, is likely POCO M7 Pro 5G. It is said that the POCO M7 Pro 5G will be arriving as a repackaged version of the Redmi 13 5G smartphone.
Other than this some key details regarding Redmi 13 5G are also shared by the publication, as per which the device is said to be powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor and may run on Android 14 OS. It is also said that Redmi 13 5G will not make its debut in global markets. It will only be launched in Chinese and Indian markets. The upcoming device is said to be similar to the Redmi 12 5G smartphone and will debut as a mid-range smartphone.
