Xiaomi, one of the leading consumer electronics makers in China, following the debut of three K70-series smartphones, is reportedly working on the fourth device of the series – the Redmi K70 Ultra. A new update has revealed more about this upcoming smartphone and its expected specifications.

Redmi K70 Ultra – Tipped Specifications
This update comes from the Chinese tipster – Digital Chat Station, who in a previous Weibo post had shared few specifications of the K70 Ultra device. The tipster had shared specs like the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor and 8T OLED display with four-sided narrow bezels. Another update had also pointed to a flat screen display, 1.5K resolution, independent chip(probably for graphics), flat edged metal middle frame, superior built quality with waterproof capability, good camera specs, better charging capabilities, and an attractive price tag.
The new update from DCS again re-iterates that the device will likely feature a 1.5K 8T LTPO display (with new base material and screen), and the brightness and dimming rates are said to remain the same when compared to its predecessor. The frame control/refresh rate is also suggested to be of flagship level.
The tipster DCS also states that the prototype of the device is currently equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor, coupled with 24GB LPDDR5T RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, and the smartphone will be introduced in the upper mid-range segment.
As far as its launch is concerned, it is expected to take place in the month of June 2024, this year, in the Chinese market. Do note that just like its predecessor, it is possible that the Redmi K70 Ultra will also be a China-exclusive product, and there is a chance that a rebranded version will be made available in the global market.
