Alleged Redmi Note 13 Pro series phone receives 3C certifications, reveals 120W fast charging

Recently, the alleged Redmi Note 13 Pro series smartphones with model numbers 23090RA98C and 2312DRA50C were approved by the TENAA authority of China. Now, the 23090RA98C variant has received approval from the 3C authority of China, revealing its fast charging capabilities.

It is still unclear whether the 23090RA98C Redmi phone, which has received approval from the TENAA and 3C authorities, is the Redmi Note 13 Pro or Note 13 Pro+. Nevertheless, the 3C certification reveals that the device may ship with a 120W fast charger. To recall, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ from last year supports 120W fast charging. Hence, it is likely that the 23090RA98C device could be the Note 13 Pro+.

The “2309” digits in the model code of the device suggest that the purported Redmi Note 13 Pro+ may debut in September. Here is a look at its alleged specifications:

The TENAA listing of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ revealed that it has a 6.67-inch OLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution. As per reports, it has a curved-edge display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will run on Android 13 with a layer of MIUI 14 on top. It will be equipped with an under-display fingerprint scanner.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is powered by an unknown 2.8GHz processor and is expected to come with up to 18 GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device may offer up to 1 TB of storage. It may house a 5,000mAh battery (4,880mAh rated value). It may feature a 16-megapixel front camera and a 200-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel rear camera setup. The device will measure 161.43 x 74.2 x 9.0 mm and weigh around 204 grams.
