Alleged Vivo S18 phone bags 3C certification, reveals 80W fast charging

Vivo and its sub-brand iQOO will unveil the Vivo X100 series and iQOO 12 lineup this month (November) in China. While the Vivo X100 series is expected to debut in the third week, the iQOO 12 lineup is already confirmed to launch on Nov. 7. Next month, both brands are expected to launch the Vivo S18 series and the iQOO Neo 9 series of smartphones in the home market. It appears that a Vivo S18 series phone has already received approval from China’s 3C authority.

Vivo V2323A 3C certficiation

As can be seen in the above screenshot, a new Vivo phone bearing the V2323A model number has emerged in the database of China’s 3C certification. The listing reveals that it may ship a V8073L0A0-CN charger, which supports up to 80W charging.

According to reports, the upcoming iQOO 12 and 12 Pro are the V2307A and V2329A phones that the 3C authority has recently certified. The V2304A and V2334A that have also bagged 3C certifications seem to be the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro, respectively.

As per the IMEI database listings of V2338A and V2339A smartphones, these devices are the forthcoming iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro phones for the Chinese market. Hence, the Vivo V2323A, which has appeared today in 3C’s database, could be a Vivo S18 series phone.

The MIIT database in China has also approved two other Vivo phones with model numbers V2324A and V2332A. These are also expected to be released as the Vivo S18 series smartphones. The lineup is said to include three models, such as the Vivo S18e, S18, and S18 Pro.
