Alleged Xiaomi 14 Ultra emerges in leaked image, hints 13 Ultra-like design
Xiaomi is expected to announce the Xiaomi 14 Ultra on Feb. 25 globally. As far as availability is concerned, the device is likely to be available for purchase in China before being released in a select few other markets, as per previous reports. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station shared an image that shows him holding four smartphones. One of them appears to be the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
In the image, the Find X7 Ultra can be seen on the extreme left, followed by the Vivo X100 Pro and the Honor Magic 6 Pro. The leaker has added a mosaic effect to blur the appearance of the fourth smartphone, which seems to have an off-white colour.
The fourth handset seemingly features a round camera module in the upper half and the company’s logo appears to be present at the bottom left. In all likelihood, the fourth handset could be the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The overall design does not seem to be different from the Xiaomi 13 Ultra from last year.
As per reports, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have an OIS-enabled LYT-900 50-megapixel main camera with a /1.6 to f/4.0 variable aperture. It is likely to be accompanied by an ultra-wide lens, a telephoto camera, and a periscope telephoto camera.
The device is likely to feature a curved-edge AMOLED panel with support for 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 16 GB of RAM, up to 1 TB of storage, HyperOS 14-based Android 14, and a 5,300mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
