ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro Smartphone Spotted on Thailand’s NBTC Database
ASUS is said to unveil its ROG Phone 8 series devices at the CES 2024 event which is going to be conducted in Las Vegas from 9th to 12th January 2024, and one of the upcoming smartphones of the series has now been listed on the NBTC certification platform of Thailand.

ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro – NBTC Certification
The ROG Phone 8 Pro from ASUS has received the NBTC certification with the certificate number “B38665-23”, and has appeared on the database with the model number – “ASUS_AI2401_D”. The certification platform points out that the device is a cellular mobile supporting 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network connectivity.
Previously, the ROG Phone 8 Pro has been spotted both on the Bluetooth SIG and Geekbench databases as well. The specifications of the device were also been tipped along with it.

The upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro will be using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, and will likely be having the Android 14 based ROG UI onboard. The device may also have storage options with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
Other tipped specs are the 6.82″ AMOLED display panel supporting 165Hz refresh rate, triple rear camera setup, 32MP front camera, 6000 mAh battery backup, 65W wired fast charge support, and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.
Also to note, its Bluetooth SIG certification had confirmed that the ROG Phone 8 Pro will support Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, and recent updates are suggesting that the device would be IP68-rated with dust and water resistance.
