Google Pixel 8a retail box images leaked online; smartphone to arrive in Black color variant also

Google unveiled its much-awaited Pixel 8 series in October last year including Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones. After the launch of these devices, the brand was said to soon unveil the Google Pixel 8a device also for its users. But there was no official confirmation made regarding the same. However, few details about the device were known due to various reports and leaks.

In September,  the live images of the device leaked online which revealed that the smartphone would be arriving in a Blue color variant while in October 5K renders and 360-degree video of the upcoming device also surfaced online in the Pink color variant. Now a Vietnam-based Facebook group for Pixel devices has posted the retail box images of Pixel 8a.

The above image confirms that the smartphone will be made available in a Black color variant. The box also shows a recommendation to use a charging unit with a maximum power of 27W which is equivalent to the specs of Pixel 8 smartphone. The model number for the device is G6GPR.

Previous reports suggested that the Pixel 8a smartphone could feature a 6.1-inch wide display and the Geekbench database revealed that the device will be powered by a Tensor G3 chipset and will be equipped with Mali G715 GPU. We might get to know more details regarding this upcoming smartphone in the coming days.
