Honor Magic 5 5G listed on IMDA certification website, might soon launch in global markets

During the MWC 2023, Honor unveiled its highly anticipated Honor Magic 5 series which included two smartphones- Honor Magic 5 and Honor Magic 5 Pro.  The Magic series smartphones were the flagship-grade handsets from the brand. The company has launched the series in China as well as in Malaysia and the devices offer a pretty fascinating set of specifications. Seems like the company might soon launch its base model Honor Magic 5 in the global markets too.

This is because we have recently spotted the smartphone on the IMDA certification website with model number PGT-N09. From the certification website, it was only revealed that the device is a 5G smartphone.

Since the device has already been launched in China and Malaysia the specifications of this device are already known to us. Let’s take a look at the specifications of Honor Magic 5.

Honor Magic 5: Specifications

The smartphone sports a 6.73 OLED Quad curved floating screen that offers a 120 Hz refresh rate. The device comes with Dynamic Dimming technology and a sleep ease night display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor which is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It runs on MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13. The device houses a 5100mAh battery that supports 66W wired Supercharge.

It packs up a triple rear camera setup that includes 54MP wide main camera, 50MP ultra-wide camera, and 32MP telephoto camera. It also features 12MP front camera.
