Honor Magic 6 receives 3C certification, confirming 66W fast charging support
China based company Honor is nowadays reportedly working on the Honor Magic 6 series. This series is expected to bring three models to the market including Honor Magic 6, Magic 6 Pro, and Magic 6 Ultimate. If reports were to be believed this series could be launched in the very first month of the next year later or sooner.
The reason behind discussing this series is the recent listing of the vanilla model on the 3C certification website.
Let’s get to know about this in detail.
Just recently a device has bagged certification from the 3C certification website under the brand name of Honor. It bears the model number BVL-AN00 which is said to be associated with none other than Honor Magic 6. As per the listing, the smartphone is revealed to come with support for up to 66W fast charging.
Now coming back to a bit of analysis, Magic 5, Magic 5 Pro, and Magic 5 Ultimate came with the support for 66W fast charging. Though Pro and Ultra models also came with 50W wireless charging support. It’s a matter of question whether the Pro and Ultimate models of the Honor Magic 6 series would also follow the same path followed by the Honor Magic 5 series or different in terms of charging support.
The Honor Magic 6 Pro model is said to have the model number BVL-AN16 while Honor Magic 6 Ultimate is said to be associated with model number BVL-AN20.
The Honor 6 series is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It is also tipped to arrive with satellite communication technology. As per the report, the Magic 6 series can come with a one-inch OmniVision OV50K primary camera.
