As promised Infinix has finally launched the Infinix Smart 8 HD smartphone in India. It comes with impressive features and at an affordable price thus giving it an edge in the low mid-range segment. The handset is powered by UniSOC T606 SoC and features a 90 Hz 6.6 inch IPS LCD HD+ display.

The Infinix Smart 8 HD smartphone features a 6.6-inch wide IPS LCD HD+ display that sports a 90 Hz refresh rate, 180 touch sampling rate, and up to 500 nits of peak brightness.
It is powered by UniSOC T606 SoC paired with Mali G57 GPU. It packs 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The storage is expandable up to 2TB through a microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 13(GoEdition) based XOS 13 custom skin out of the box.
In the camera section, the smartphone has a dual camera setup on the rear featuring a 13 MP primary sensor and an AI sensor. The front side of the handset sports an 8 MP selfie camera housed in a punch-hole cutout.
It also comes with a Magic Ring feature similar to the Dynamic Island of Apple iPhones. Infinix Smart 8 HD is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 10W charging. For security, it supports face unlock and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band WiFI, and GPS support.
Additional features include up to 3GB Virtual RAM, DTS Processing, Power Marathon Tech, Photo Compressor, 360 Flashlight, Eye Care, AI Gallery, Mem-Fusion, Gestures, and DTS Sound.
Price and availability
The smartphone will go on sale on 13th December. It is priced at Rs 5,669 with bank offers. It will be available to the buyers in Crystal Green, Timber Black, Shiny Gold, and Galaxy White.
