Quite recently, Infinix launched the Smart 8 HD in the Indian market at a highly competitive price point of Rs 5,699, inclusive of bank offers. Now, it seems that Infinix is gearing up for another launch in its budget series, the Smart 8 Pro. The indication comes from our discovery at The Tech Outlook, where we spotted this smartphone on the Google Play Console, revealing some of its key specifications.

According to the listing, it appears that the device will likely feature a MediaTek Helio P35(MT6765) processor paired with an Imagination Tech PowerVR GE8320 (680 MHz) GPU. The listing also indicates that it will come with Android 13 pre-installed. In terms of display, the device is expected to sport a 6.6-inch screen with a resolution of 720×1612 pixels and a screen density of 320 (xhdpi).
Interestingly, Infinix seems to be offering only 3GB of RAM (approximately 2.8-2.9GB usable) in this Smart 8 Pro model.
While the image on the Google Play Listing isn’t very clear, upon zooming in, it appears that the device might adopt a punch-hole design similar to the Smart 8 HD. Additionally, the image suggests the presence of volume controls and a fingerprint sensor located on the right side of the smartphone.
Further details remain undisclosed, but given its appearance on the Google Play Console listing, we can anticipate an official announcement from the brand regarding its launch soon.
