iQOO 11S to feature independent display chip instead of V2 ISP
According to recent reports, the iQOO 11S will debut in China by early July, with sales starting on July 8. It is likely to be the first smartphone powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2 chipset. A reliable tipster, Digital Chat Station, has reiterated the main specifications of the device and provided additional details that were previously unknown.
The iQOO 11S will face competition from the likes of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, the Realme GT Neo 5 Pro, and the Redmi K60 Ultra, which are all expected to debut in July in China. The tipster said that the iQOO 11S prototype featured the Vivo V2 ISP. However, it now appears that the final version of the device will be equipped with an independent display chip.

The iQOO 11S rumours have revealed that it will feature a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is said to arrive with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The device will be equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX866 VCS camera. It will pack a 4,700mAh battery with 200W charging. It is expected to arrive in a blue shade, among other colour options. At present, there is no information on the price of the device. The device will likely be positioned between the iQOO 11 and the iQOO 11 Pro in the Chinese market.
