iQOO Neo 9 and Pad Air spotted on Google Play Supported devices list

So, the days are drawing closer to the upcoming release from iQOO, and new revelations about the iQOO Neo 9 series have emerged. Recently, the brand confirmed that the iQOO Neo 9 series is rumoured to be launched in the Chinese market on December 27th.

However, The Tech Outlook team has some additional information to share. We’ve discovered both the iQOO Neo 9 and the iQOO Pad Air listed among Google Play-supported devices.

iQOO Neo9 and Pad Air

The listing confirms the model number V2338A for the iQOO Neo9 and iPA2451 for the iQOO Pad Air. One noteworthy detail from this listing is that the codename for the iQOO Pad Air matches that of the Vivo Pad Air.

However, a recent tip from the reliable source DCS suggests that iQOO is actively developing an 8.8-inch performance tablet. DCS further mentioned that this tablet might be launched after the Vivo Pad 3, possibly in Q2 of 2024. While DCS didn’t disclose the tablet’s name, it seems that, based on this certification, we now have both the moniker and the model number for this upcoming pad.

Although this certification doesn’t reveal much, it does raise some questions. Typically, after a Google Play Console listing, brands release a product within 1 or 2 months. If this tablet aligns with what DCS mentioned, it might be considered early for the certification process. However, we’ll need to wait for more information to get a clearer picture of this upcoming tablet.
