The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer and the Vivo subsidiary, iQOO, has confirmed to launch of its latest Neo 9 series smartphones in the brand’s home market in China, along with a few other devices, this month. As its launch date nears, the brand slowly has started teasing the upcoming series and a few of the display specifications have now been shared.

iQOO Neo 9 Series – Teased Display Specs
The iQOO Neo 9 series devices have been revealed to feature a 6.78″ Visionox OLED 8T display panel, with a 1.5K screen resolution and a variable refresh rate support of 1Hz ~ 144Hz. Moreover, the display is an all-weather super-sensitive screen, and the flagship LTPO display is more faster and energy efficient. To add, the device has the lowest click latency with 100 hours of continuous touch.
The display also comes with a new dimming mode for all-weather eye protection. It is SGS low blue light and low flicker certified and has intelligent chip-level eye protection 2.0. The SVM rate can also reach as low as 0.03 value.
iQOO will be officially unveiling its Neo 9 series comprising of the Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro smartphones on the 27th of December 2023, exactly a week later, in China. The very first smartwatch device from the brand – iQOO Watch, iQOO TWS 1e earbuds, and the Cooling Back Clip 2 heat dissipation device will all be introduced with the two new smartphones as well.
Also to note, both the iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro devices have received the 3C certification, and the pro model was listed on the AnTuTu benchmark with a total score of 2,334,911 points. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro Indian launch has been tipped too, and is expected to take place next month in January 2024.
