The iQOO Pad is one of the iQOO products that will be unveiled on May 23 in China. Today, the brand released a poster to reveal some of the key specifications of the iQOO Pad.
The Dimensity 9000 Plus chipset will power the iQOO Pad, according to the brand. The SoC will be paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. For heat dissipation, the tablet will be equipped with a large heat dissipation unit with a surface area of 14,442mm2.
The other poster released by the brand shows that the tablet will have a 12.1-inch IPS LCD panel that offers 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen will offer up to 600 nits of brightness, 10-bit colours, and support HDR10.
The tablet is now listed on Jingdong Mall, Tmall, and Vivo China’s online store for reservation. The listings reveal that the tablet will be sold in multiple configurations, such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage.
It appears that the iQOO Pad will be a tweaked version of the Dimensity 9000-powered Vivo Pad 2, which is already available in the Chinese market. The tablet is also speculated to house a 10,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. The USB-C port of the device will support the USB 3.2 Gen 1 standard. However, there is no information available on its cameras.
On May 23, iQOO will also unveil the iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro affordable flagship phones and the iQOO TWS Air Pro earbuds.
