iQOO Z7, Z7x 3C certified, reveals 120W, 80W fast charging
Last week, iQOO began teasing the iQOO Z7 series in India. It appears that China will also receive Z7-branded iQOO smartphones this month. The reason behind it is that two new iQOO phones with model numbers V2270A and V2272A have been approved by the 3C authority of China. These devices are likely to debut as the iQOO Z7 and iQOO Z7x in China, respectively.
The 3C certification listing of the iQOO Z7 (V2270A) reveals that it may ship with a 120W fast charger. The iQOO Z7x (V2272A), on the other hand, is expected to arrive with an 80W charger.
It is speculated that the iQOO Z7 will pack a 5,000mAh battery, whereas the Z7x may come equipped with a massive 6,000mAh battery. Unfortunately, there is no information available on the other specifications of the Z7 and Z7x.
Shown above is a teaser for the Indian edition of the iQOO Z7 5G, which is expected to launch in the third week of March. Reports have claimed that the company may also launch the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G in the Indian market. The model numbers of these phones are I2207 and I2213, respectively.
The iQOO Z7 and Z7 Pro that are planned for India are likely to be different from the Z7 and Z7x that are going to release in China. The Indian version of the iQOO Z7 could be a rebranded version of the iQOO Z6 Pro, which was released in April 2022 in China The device has a 6.43-inch AMOLED FHD+ 90Hz display, a Snapdragon 778G, a 4,700mAh battery, 66W charging, 64MP triple cameras, and a 16-megapixel front camera.
