Moto G54 5G bags 3C certifications in China, expected to launch soon

Last week, we at TheTechOutlook, published the key specifications and renders of the upcoming Moto G54 5G. The same device, which bears the XT2343-3 model number, has now received approval from China’s 3C certification platform.

As per the 3C listing, the XT2434-3 may arrive with support for 10W charging. The listing also confirms that it is a 5G-ready device. Now that the device has received an important certification in China, it appears that it will not take too long for it to break cover. It will arrive as a successor to the Moo G53 5G that went official in December 2022 in China.

Moto G54 5G specifications (rumoured)

The Moto G54 5G, which has the “Cancun 5G” codename, will feature a 6.5-inch LCD panel that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will run on Android 13 OS, which is expected to offer a clean Android experience.

The G54 is expected to ship with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. For additional storage, it will feature a microSD card slot. At present, it is not clear which processor will power the device.

The Moto G54 5G will feature an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel primary camera on the back and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. It will draw power from a 5,000mAh battery. The G54 is expected to sport a water-repellent design and come in shades like Ballad Blue, Coronet Blue, Ambrosia, and Outer Space.
