Motorola Edge 40 launched with Dimensity 8020 chipset and 144 Hz P-OLED display, now live for sales

The Android phone market is always flooded with new phones and the upgradation of existing models. In this race, Motorola has been a constant performer catering to various user demands.

The brand recently brought a unique selling point to the table which has been attracting its fans. Motorola presented the Motorola Edge 40 as the nation’s first brand to present a phone to be powered by the Dimensity 8020 chipset.

As we mentioned previously, Motorola launched the Motorola Edge 40 with Dimensity 8020 chipset on 23rd May 2023. However, it was available only for pre-orders at that point in time.

The phone which was available for pre-orders, is now live for sale. The phone went live for sale today, 30 May 2023 on Flipkart. Exchange offers of up to Rs 2000 and no-cost EMI of up to 6 months also exist.

Here’s a walkthrough of the exciting features of the Motorola Edge 40.

The phone is available at a price of Rs 29,999 in India.

Some of the key features of the Motorola EDGE 40 are a 144Hz OLED display, 50 MP dual cameras, and 68W charging.

The device would run on Android 13 OS. It would house LPDDR4x RAM and would be powered by a 4,400mAh battery. A user would get 256 GB of internal storage capacity along with dual stereo speakers and IP68-rated chassis.

Packed with a 6.55-inch P-OLED curved display with FHD resolution, the Motorola EDGE 40 also has amazing camera features. While the back possesses an OIS-enabled 50 MP camera and a 13 MP ultra-wide lens, the front features a 32 MP camera.

The phone is available in 3 colour options, which are Eclipse Black, Nebula Green, and Nebula Blue. While the black and green variants have a leather back, the blue variant has an acrylic rear shell.
