Motorola had already revealed the launch date for its upcoming and third Edge 40 series smartphone – the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, and now, via its official Indian twitter handle, the brand has confirmed its Indian launch as well.

Motorola Edge 40 Neo Indian Launch Confirmed
The next Edge 40 series smartphone, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, will be making its debut tomorrow, on the 14th of September 2023, and the teaser image shared by Motorola India also points to a new Edge series smartphone that will be launching on September 14. While it hasn’t been clearly mentioned, it is understood that it is the Edge 40 Neo smartphone that will be launching tomorrow.
It should also be noted that the teaser image also suggests that the device could be water resistant like the Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro smartphones, or maybe splash proof.

About its specifications, the smartphone has already been confirmed to arrive equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 1050 chipset and is to run on the Android 13 operating system. It will also be coupled with a RAM of 12GB and an internal storage of 256GB.
Other expected features include a 6.55″ pOLED display with a FHD+ screen resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, 50MP(OIS) + 13MP(ultrawide) dual camera setup, 32MP front-facing camera, a 5000 mAh battery, and a 68W fast charge support.
It will also be made available in three color choices – Black Beauty, Caneel Bay & Soothing Sea, and the 360 degree video of the colour variants were shared before.
To add, the European price point of the smartphone has also now been revealed with its listing on an unknown shopping platform. It has been priced €338.99(~Rs. 30,000) for the 12GB/256GB storage variant, which is lower than what was expected before.
