Motorola Edge 50 Fusion teaser video leaked online, rear and front design revealed
Motorola which recently launched the Edge 50 Pro in the Indian market, is now preparing for another smartphone from the Edge 50 series called Edge 50 Fusion. Earlier reports hinted that Motorola may unveil the Edge 50 Fusion and Edge 50 Ultra on the same date as the Edge 50 Pro. But all those predictions fell flat when Motorola only launched the Edge 50 Pro with an SD 7 Gen 3 processor. It was rather confusing as everyone thought, that Edge 50 Pro would be the repackaged variant of X50 Ultra(China). But later on, news came from tipster Evan Blass, that Edge 50 Ultra will be the actual repackaged version of X50 Ultra(China) aka Edge +2024(USA).
But today, the charming boy is Motorola Edge 50 Fusion whose teaser video is now out, all thanks to tipster Evan Blass.

In the teaser video, I can see two cameras with circular rings placed vertically on the left back of the smartphone with LED flash just next to it. There is a slight bump from the bottom and the right-hand side, the bump is quite linear and integrates quite nicely. The engravings on the back show 50MP OIS with 2um Ultra-Pixel technology. Previous reports have hinted, that it may ship with a 50MP OIS and a 13MP ultra-wide camera. For a selfie shooter, we may see a 32MP front camera.
If you see the image below, the module on which both the camera and LED flash are housed has a glass finish.
Other than this, the teaser also shows Edge 50 Fusion in three colours namely: Ballad Blue, Peacock Pink, and Tidal Teal(as per the previous report). The volume rocker and the power button are placed on the right side. The video shows Edge 50 Fusion in water, thus making me think(Guess), that it may come with an IP68 rating.
This much is revealed via this new leaked teaser. Evan Blass had previously revealed that it may come with the SD 6 Gen 1 Processor. Motorola may launch a single variant of this smartphone with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Motorola may ship this smartphone with a 5,000 mAh battery with 68W fast wired charging support. The screen will be a 6.7″ POLED screen and may come with gorilla glass 5 protection.
Picking up from the previous report, we may see it coming with a price of around ₹25,000(Approx. $299.94). Android Headlines mentioned that this smartphone was supposed to launch alongside Edge 50 Pro, but that didn’t happen. So, I am positive that as the teaser is leaked we may probably hear something from Motorola soon.
