Mysterious Vivo V2313A phone receives certification in China
A mysterious Vivo smartphone with model number V2313A has received radio certification in China. There is a possibility that it could be one of the Vivo X-series or the upcoming iQOO Z-series phones.
As can be seen in the above screengrab, the radio certification of the V2313A does not reveal any significant details about its specifications. The details of the phone are expected to appear through its TENAA and 3C certifications, which are likely to happen in the coming days. In all likelihood, the V2313A may debut in late August or September in China.
Vivo is reportedly planning to launch the Vivo X100 series of smartphones in November in China. The X100 and X100 Pro, which are expected to feature the forthcoming Dimensity 9300 chip, may debut first, whereas the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered X100 Pro+ may break cover in Q1 2024.
Before the arrival of the Vivo X100 series, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is expected to unveil the iQOO Z8 and iQOO Z8x smartphones in China. The Z8 is expected to come equipped with key specifications, such as an LCD panel that supports a 144Hz refresh rate, a Dimensity 8200 chipset, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
There is no information available about the camera capabilities of the iQOO Z8. The Z8x, on the other hand, is expected to support a 6,000mAh battery with 80W rapid charging. The Z8 series is expected to debut by August end in China.
