Nokia XR21- the latest device in Nokia’s X series launched with 100% aluminum chassis

Whenever it comes to making tough smartphones, Nokia has always been at the top. As Nokia smartphones are very reliable when it comes to durability. But this time the brand has arrived with its toughest phone ever – Nokia XR21. The smartphone was officially introduced via Twitter by Nokia.

As claimed by the company you can hit the device with a 100-bar pressure stream of water at up to 80 degrees centigrade and it will carry on working. Maybe that’s the reason Nokia is providing 3 years of warranty and 1-year screen replacement guarantee with this device. Nokia will also be releasing operating system updates until May 2026, with one more year for security updates.

The smartphone sports a 6.49-inch FHD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor which is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It runs Android 12 OS.

The device houses a 4800mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The battery lasts up to 2 days. It packs up a dual rear camera setup that includes 64MP primary camera and an 8MP Ultra-wide camera along with a 16MP selfie camera. The connectivity options consist of Bluetooth 5.1, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and Wi-Fi.

The other features include dual microphones, dual speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and an IP69K rating for water resistance.

The smartphone is available in two different color options – Midnight black and Pine green. It is priced at 499 Euros and can be purchased from Nokia’s official website.
