Nothing Phone 2 transparent cover leaked ahead of its launch

Nothing is gearing up for the launch of Nothing Phone 2. It has been appearing on various certification websites to prepare itself. Some of the features have been leaked, while some have been officially confirmed. Ahead of its launch, its transparent TPU case has been leaked on /LEAKS. Something similar took place when Nothing Phone 1 was gearing up for the launch.

The case can be seen with various cutouts in the cover for speaker vents, Type C port, and microphone. Another two cutouts can be seen on the rear side for the flash and camera module. This cover won’t hinder the design of the phone and will give it extra protection.

One of the new things that we got to see is thickening at corners that will protect it from any accidental damage caused by falls. The company has not made any announcement about it but we might see such a cover that gives it protection and freedom to boast Nothing’s iconic design.

Note: Earlier, Nothing CEO Carl Pei claimed that the leaked renders from OnLeaks are Fake.

Expected features of Nothing Phone 2

Nothing Phone 2 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. Its Geekbench listing revealed that it will have 12 GB of RAM and will run Android 13 out of the box. The brand has also confirmed its 4,700 mAh battery but charging remains still unknown. The device is most likely to include a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

As far as its camera is concerned it might come with a dual camera setup featuring a 50 MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 50 wide-angle camera.
