OPPO and its sibling brand, OnePlus, are gearing up to launch new smartphones in China. The OPPO Find X6 series and the OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition have appeared in the database of China’s MIIT certification platform. The listings have not revealed any information on their specifications. However, the certifications suggest that these devices will debut in Q1 2023.
The above screenshot from the CMIIT database shared by tipster Digital Chat Station shows three upcoming devices with model numbers PHP110, PGEM10, and PGFM10. The PHP110 device is said to be the OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition, which is expected to debut in March.
Previous reports claimed that the Find X6 series will have three devices, such as the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1-powered Find X6, the Find X6 Pro Dimensity Edition featuring the Dimensity 9200, and the Find X6 Pro with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 onboard. However, recent reports have indicated that OPPO has scrapped the SD8+G1 device.
As revealed by DCS today, the Find X6 will arrive with the Dimensity 9200, and the Find X6 Pro will have the SD8G2. In the comments section of the same Weibo post, the tipster claimed that OPPO will also announce the OPPO Pad 2 soon. There is a possibility that the Find X6, X6 Pro, and Pad 2 may debut in March.
